Snow Wurm Survivor Builds??
I am wanting to create a Necromancer Survivor by doing HM Snow Wurm farming in Boreal Station but i don't know what build to use so i can kill them in a decent amount of time.
So i am wondering if you guys could help
But why not post a build for each profession so that other people who want to farm them with a character can have an idea what build to use.
So here is a build for Elementalists that should be able to kill them at a decent speed
[build prof=E/A name="Promise Nuke" "Energy Storage=8+1 Fire Magic=12+1+3 Deadly Arts=10" desc="Weapon #1: Droknar's Fire Staff"][Glowing Gaze][Fireball][Liquid Flame][Glyph of Sacrifice][Meteor Shower][Assassin's Promise][Mark of Rodgort][Fire Attunement][/build]

Well the Ele build u posted, i tried, work decent, otherwise on your Necromancer heavy health degeneration should work, since wurms dont attack. Make N/Me, put some hexes together, spam Cry of Pain and Necrosis (Sunspear Skills), and it should work.

Ranger pure damage:
I like to keep some bleeding going if they go underearth. A short bow is just as good, it makes screaming shot inflict bleeding each time since you're withing earshot of the target.
[Rapid fire][Sloth hunters shot][Keen arrow][Screaming shot][Prepared shot][Ebon Vanguard Assassin][Comfort animal][Charm animal]
I just brough my animal with me to level it.
Degen ranger:
You want to try to keep three wurms poisoned and bleeding at the same time. With toxicity, that's <<<<<<<<< = 9 degen arrows for a good duration. You will need to spread your points a fair bit but it doesn't have too much to say. A poisonous bowstring helps.
[Toxicity][Apply poison][Screaming shot][Prepared shot][Ebon Vanguard Assassin][Scavenger strike][Comfort animal][Charm animal]

Ok - wurms are easy if your not melee - they wont attack "ranged attacks".
I went as me/n with part degen build and part hard spike.
necro ( if access to nightfall ) can do decent spikes even if you mix for eg conjure nightmare + signet of illusion + necrosis , looks weird but 9 in illusion magic used with necrosis will give max necrosis dmg even if your low rank ss.
Me/n i was able to do the 10 wurms in 6 min avg in hm - can be quicker if you learn the exact popup sequence which i dint bother with as well as decent nrg management. And i wasnt really using what ppl would regard as a decent build. The trick is to cause max dmg on 1 wurm so you should be able to do 1 full skillbar chain to kill - so decent spikes + low nrg cost + low recharge is needed.
Eotn title skills may be harder to get for a survivor with the risks involved - wurms itself can be risk free and like my mesmer - untill i had r3 survivor boreal station and the 10 wurms were as far as i went in eotn.
Ele is a bit harder to do with fire - my wife did do a test with me on ele to see about spiking before i chose mesmer and as we all know - hm and fire isnt as effective sadly
Remember that degen is best as it still works if the wurm decides to go underground.
ps i wasnt aware wurms did melee damage as they attack melee with "ranged" attacks but then again melee i avoided so i took zero damage so at a loss there.

Discord spammer with like disease or enfeebling blood and something like suffering. If they are close enough suffering would hit more then one. Then could d-spam and necrosis spam them to death.

As a Necromancer, I remember using a [Spiteful Spirit]/[Insidious Parasite]/[Pain Inverter] bar while standing next to the Wurms so they'd attack me. It worked well because beating up on your meaty, squishy character kept them from going below ground. Let me find it...
*EDIT* Found it. The original HM build for Necromancers was posted by ReZZDoGG. I made a few minor tweaks, but the general idea matters far more than a specific build.
[Necromancer Wurms;OABCY8xUewegc5N0NYVlWYMJ]
Hex, Weaken, let them beat you up, Spam [Necrosis], use ["Finish Him!"], move on. Anything with [Spiteful Spirit] and [Insidious Parasite] will work, really. The hexes are all that matter - everything else is just there to speed it up.

Reason: Found a build, and suck at gwBBcode.

This is my Monk/Mesmer build. I'm currently rank 2 survivor. Fairly quick as I can kill them all while under the effects of a scroll.
